Project overview
Under the SEDAŞ SCADA Expansion Project we designed and manufactured in-house the Hitachi Energy RTU530 based SCADA panels for 109 substations. Panel installation, cabling, loading of RTU configurations, commissioning of the communication infrastructure, SCADA integration and end-to-end point-to-point (PtP) testing were completed successfully on site. The project also covered the installation of 519 ABB REX615 protection relays, their parameterisation, IEC 61850 communication integration and commissioning into the SCADA system.

04 Project scale
109 substations and 519 protection relays. Together with the Cyber Security and FKR/FYR Conversion projects, we completed work at a total of 439 substations on the SEDAŞ network.
05 Result
All substations were integrated into the SCADA system and commissioned, improving the reliability of remote monitoring, remote control and protection systems across the SEDAŞ distribution network.
