On a large SCADA project the challenge is not commissioning a single substation — it is proving at every substation that each signal matches reality in the field. Our testing and commissioning teams verify the complete system end to end at every substation once installation is finished.
We run signal-by-signal point-to-point (PtP) tests between field, RTU and SCADA, verify protection functions with secondary injection and circuit breaker controls with trip tests. We compare SCADA displays against field data and commission substations in phases.
