Project overview
Under the UEDAŞ 2026 SCADA Project we carry out the engineering and field implementation work at 200 substations. The scope covers the installation of 458 ABB REX615 protection relays and 200 Hitachi RTU530 SCADA panels, connecting the existing primary equipment and protection relays to the RTU communication infrastructure, and integrating the complete cabinet SCADA system into the UEDAŞ SCADA control centre. Since the pilot site installation on 4 August, installation has been completed at 102 substations and point-to-point (PtP) testing at 50 substations as of 8 September 2026; field work and phased commissioning continue.

04 Project scale
200 substations, 200 RTU530 SCADA panels and 458 protection relays across Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale and Yalova.
05 Current status
The project is ongoing. As of 8 September 2026, installation has been completed at 102 substations and PtP testing at 50; half of the 200-substation installation target has been reached.
